How to get help
Stuck on install, login, or something in-game? Use Discord for live help, and bring enough detail that staff can act fast.
Useful details
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- A screenshot of any error
- Whether it is install, account, or gameplay
Common fixes
Check these before you wait on a reply.
Client will not patch
Extract fully, then run OceaniaROPatcher.exe as Administrator. Keep the Configuration and Web folders with the client.
Cannot log in
Confirm the account was created in the panel, then re-check username and password before asking for recovery help.
Gameplay questions
Start with the wiki and Start Guide for first login, commands, and early routes. Ask Discord if you are still stuck.
Bug reports
Include character name, map or system, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if there is a visual or error message.
