Keep the server fair, usable, and enjoyable. If something clearly harms players or the economy, staff will act on it.
Warnings to bans
Staff may warn, suspend, remove gained items or zeny, or permanently ban depending on severity. Common sense applies even when a rule is not spelled out word-for-word.

No cheating, botting, or automation
Using bots, macros, third-party automation, packet tools, or other unfair software is not allowed.
No exploiting bugs
If you find a bug, report it. Do not abuse it for progression, zeny, items, duplication, or any other advantage.
No harassment or targeted abuse
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or repeatedly target other players in-game or through community channels.
Keep chat usable
Excessive spam, hate speech, intentionally disruptive behavior, and repeated bad-faith conduct are not welcome.
No real-money trading
Buying or selling accounts, zeny, items, or services for real-world money or off-platform payment is not allowed.
Keep names reasonable
Character, guild, and shop names should not be obscene, hateful, impersonating staff, or deliberately disruptive.
