Quick install notes

Extract fully before launching - do not run from inside the zip
Keep the Configuration and Web folders with the client
A path like C:\Games\OceaniaRO is cleaner than Desktop or Downloads
Register your account before your first launch

If something fails

Confirm the patcher was run as Administrator
Check Windows Security / antivirus did not block it
Re-extract to a new folder, or re-download if files look incomplete
